It's just inattention or the seller doesn't care what to send. The screen protector was sent to the wrong phone. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A 51, and they sent it to an s1. Funds were returned after contacting the support service. I note that the product arrived well packaged, intact, but not the one I ordered. The support service worked perfectly.
