Well it's a nice workout but I'm surprised by the size, I took a larger size to make sure it's not too small but hey, well it's too big but not ugly. I was afraid it would tighten me but the sizes are suitable for this training I think.... like on this size I could have put 2 arms and the thighs have plenty of room, the stomach is precisely the Size which seemed small to me compared to the rest as they indicate but the elastic does not serve the stomach at all so plenty of room!!! it doesn't fall and it's not useful.
I💗it I'm very satisfied, I ordered something bigger because I prefer it a little bigger at home! Very comfortable to wear 👌
