Arrived today, the size EU 40 corresponds to a 42, then as soon as a buckle is put on it is immediately skipped so I ask for the replacement with a suitable size and / or the refund of the amount

I ordered the sandals with my foot number which is 39, and it came with the number 45. Big mistake
