The courier didn't find me at home. He didn't call me to ask where he could leave the package. I'm at work, and the courier wrote a text message at 12:51 that he left the package by the door on the staircase where other residents walk. In such cases, when I was not at home, the parcel was left at the post office, what should I do if the parcel is not there. Will the courier be responsible for this? I was supposed to give him the parcel collection code. This is extreme irresponsibility. Please advise what should I do in this case.
