This like the Japanese boning knife but 1/3 the price Quality of blade is better than expected, sharpness is amazing. Ive got a Japanese boning knife was £54 ive now got this £16.64 n i cant tell difference when cutting. Im amazed, who ever made this i tip my cap to ya, its a grand knife n price even better.
