The product is advertised as sticky. I accidentally received the wrong product: the rubber bands aren't sticky at all. My doctor recommended sticky rubber bands for my rheumatoid hands, for holding objects in place. The doctor also provided me with a sample: this rubber band is truly sticky. The one Joom sent me, however, isn't. —- The app mentions several times how to return an item. However, it doesn't work: the buttons don't initiate a return; nothing happens.
