At first glance, I'm satisfied. It flashed when I unpacked it. But you can press on the thicker end, the buckle, for about 3 seconds. It lights up, flashes, or you can turn it off. Great. I think everything is visible on the video. I bought it for my grandchildren for autumn/winter, during blackouts. It will be good if they will not come in handy, although the thing is not bad and the size is quite large, it will fit on the sleeve of outerwear

Nice light, bright. There are three glow modes: flashing, fast flashing and just glowing. The parcel was poorly tracked, it took more than a month to reach Moldova
