Very cheap, very good ! We use the blue lights for the bike medics. Once to mark the bikes and as a rear protection in traffic: Is good to attach to a baseball cap or helmet. I have to glue one, but that's ok. BE CAREFUL when plugging and unplugging the charging plug, because the charging sockets are not always properly incorporated.

The supplied rubber rings to attach the light all broke after 1 day, which means you have to get new ones or attach them with other rubbers. Charges quickly and glows very brightly in the rain I haven't tried them. So don't know if they are waterproof.

Good quality, we have already mounted a few on the dog harness

It shines well. But the plastic is of very poor quality
