The delivered crystal is significantly smaller than pictured, I tried holding it between two fingertips like in the photo and the difference is obvious. Also, the colors are overall much darker (no white present at all) so it doesn't look as radiant overall, but rather dull. Perhaps not a reason for complaint, as it is a natural product, and they do vary. But I am disappointed.
