Top backpack in very good quality at first glance. Hope that after longer use my opinion will remain. Unfortunately has two small design errors, so a point deduction. The small side pockets close downwards instead of upwards (when worn as a backpack, something could fall out when slightly open). The shoulder straps keep slipping off my shoulders (an extra chest strap between the shoulder straps would be great)

Unfortunately, this product arrived damaged, otherwise it would probably be a good product, but I will certainly be able to clarify it diplomatically with JOOM support, because they are simply good.
