The Christmas tree arrived defective: the top is tilted to the side, the needles on the side spread out and do not assemble in any way, I will contact the support team!!!.

Not satisfied with the Christmas tree! It arrived all bent out of shape. The garland is separate, but it's just white, even though I ordered a multicolored one.
