Electric hand warmer, does not heat. It cannot be charged and it does not work when connected to a power bank. Wasted money.

Needs to be connected to a power bank. At first I thought that there was a battery inside, but there was only a USB output for connecting the battery. Excellent clutch, very comfortable.
