The description mentions something about real leather. There is no leather used. The shoe hasn't even been near leather. The round toe is also not really round, but tapers to a very pointed shape and is therefore very tight on the foot at the front.. The processing was very simple, though, and I got the money transferred back immediately.
The product that I received is NOT the one shown in the photo. The finish is patent leather type plastic instead of the more matte black in the description, and it arrived with two buckles instead of one. The heel feels unstable and soft. I don't recommend buying, it's not the same.
They are a gift for my mother who cannot find number 34 shoes. She loved them. The size is correct. The shoes are of good quality and very well made
Please return the money... I think the picture shows the defect... bad packaging... I don't know if the defect is from the factory or because of the packaging... very disappointed....

This is not the first time I have bought shoes. For my 38, Chinese 40 is excellent! I'm happy with the shoes. The heel is stable and the strap supports the foot. Now wait for spring!
Beautiful quality but something is wrong with the last, maybe it’s just me but the foot doesn’t bend and the leg doesn’t move.
38 size goes to 38. I ordered according to the reviews as a small size, it turned out to be too big. My 37.
