The massager really shocks with current, even at the minimum level it is simply impossible to withstand. This is not just muscle contraction, but a painful electric shock. I have something to compare it with, because I have the same massager of Ukrainian production, in which the charging base broke and I decided to save money and order the massager here, because in Ukraine I bought mine three times more expensive. So on the Ukrainian one I could treat my face even at level 3, and at level 5. There were unpleasant, but tolerable muscle contractions. The one I bought on Joom is simply impossible to use, because the sensations are very painful. This is torture, not massage. The only joy is that the charger fits my massager, as was planned. The Joom one had to be thrown away - even for LED therapy and without gel it is impossible to use it due to the severe pain.

I would like more packaging to be safe, for now I put it on charging, I will add to the review later I supplement the review: just tried it, it's impossible to use (read the instructions very carefully) it shocks so much that it's even painful to apply to the cheek ... very disappointed, I ask for a refund ...
