The product is of reasonable quality but I was disappointed to find that , while it was described as a "Oboe Case" it was really just a case with no particular "Oboe" characteristics. An old shoe box could be described as an "Oboe Case" as anyone can put an oboe into it. I had expected some form of oboe shaped padding but I had been unable to see from the photos that none was there. I can't remember if the ad showed an oboe in the case. I will make my own padding and protective boards and turn the Joom product into an oboe case. Apart from that all other aspects of the transaction were satisfactory. I would buy from joom again but only after more scrutiny of the descriptions of items.
