The delivery was a bit long, the item still arrived well even if the packaging made me think it had been through a hell of a journey. I put in new batteries but the battery quickly dies on the device but hey I can still turn it back on. I find that the only drawback is that I found other dopplers that from your 12th week can hear the baby's heart except that they say that you have to wait until the 16th week. So I am torn about the quality of the product, I just have to wait to be able to judge it better.
