Unfortunately I can't agree with the good reviews. I had high hopes for the device. The engine performance is far too weak. If you lean on it or lie on it, the massage is no longer possible, the motor slows down or stops massaging completely. Even if you just put your legs on it, the device weakens. So I will contact support and send the device back.

Wonderful device. I can highly recommend it. It was a bit complicated to get it from the packing station. But after the 3rd call, DHL was finally able to help me so that I received the item.
