I received the goods just before Easter, I didn't start washing the windows, because they were already washed, and on Maundy Thursday I washed the large mirrors in the closets. Very satisfied! I easily got to grips with the controls, Robik 2, that's what I called it, because I already have Robik1 (vacuum cleaner), it's very maneuverable and I react to the controls dully. Cleans well, but you need to learn how to use liquid for washing glass. First she poured it on the mirror, and then she let Robik 2 go until he reached the heart area, the liquid dried up and left traces. I then splashed the liquid directly on the napkin and everything worked out. Do not forget to clean with dry cloths after the main wash.

Received a window cleaning robot, not satisfied with the product, washed one window, seemingly everything is okay, if you don't pay attention that it leaves unwashed not only in the corners, but also there are gaps on the sides.... on the second window it was already more interesting.... almost after each time it approaches the wall of the window, it detaches and falls.... I wanted to return the product, but no one ever replied to my messages. When they replied and it was necessary to send a moment of operation and defects.... I sent and not a single video was delivered. Customer support that disabled incoming messages( I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!
