Instructions for use:
Method 1: put 1 hour. l. tea in a mug or teapot and pour 250 ml of hot water (85℃). Let the drink brew for 3-4 minutes. Strain and drink. Milk can be added upon request. Method 2: to boil water (250 ml) in a saucepan. Put 1 h. l. tea and sugar (optional). Add milk (100 ml) and mix well. Heat for 2 minutes and bring the tea to a final boil. Strain and serve.

Granulated black tea (CTC Black Tea), Ashwagandha Powder (Ashwagandha Powder), Brahmi Powder (Brahmi Powder), licorice powder (Licorice Powder), Turmeric (Turmeric Flakes), Black pepper (Black pepper), Snyt vulgaris (Bishop's Weed), Fennel (Fennel), Ginger (Ginger), tulsi (Clove Basil).
Storage conditions:
Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months.
