Excellent syringe for stuffing homemade sausage, but it arrived broken, it was simply in a bag and a general package, so it wasn't saved from damage, very disappointing and a pity. Why is it not possible to contact customer support? Will no one help resolve the issue with the goods received with damage?

You need to get used to this syringe, then everything will go quickly. For me, it's more convenient than stuffing sausages with a meat grinder, as I did before. I saved a lot of time.

The order arrived on time, the packaging is bad, just a soft package, the product arrived defective, for such a syringe it needs to be packaged in a box, not in soft packaging

Gave 5 stars but otherwise I bought it for my mom and so far she hasn't used this machine. Whether it's good and convenient to use, I can't say yet
