As a highlighter for the face or body definitely no - it's dry and doesn't blend. I mix it with a greasy lip gloss that has an orange tint - it turns out bomb! I tried applying it over lipstick at the very end of makeup - also a super effect, the color becomes more translucent, more delicate. I'm delighted!
