FAQ:
1. Why didn't the remote controller of some products give away the corresponding battery?
Due to customs requirements, electrified products cannot pass the customs. The battery model of the central locking remote control is CR2016, the battery model of the steering wheel controller is CR2025, and the battery model of the remote start key is CR2032.
2. Why does the car radio not turn on?
Please check the car radio voltage: 12V, not applicable to 24V trucks. When you test this car radio, you can connect the red and yellow wires to the positive side of the power supply, and the black wire to the negative side of the power supply. In case of short circuit, check whether the voltage is overloaded and whether the fuse is blown.
Note: Please use our power cable to connect the car radio. The original car power port cannot be directly plugged into our car radio.
3. Why does the car radio display no signal when reversing?
First check whether the camera is connected incorrectly. The camera needs to be connected to the reversing lamp. The display screen and radio only support CCD cameras. The camera of AHD is not compatible.
Note: The video port of the rear view camera should be plugged into the "CAMIN" port of the car radio
4. Why are some function keys and screens damaged after receiving the product?
Due to the long time of transnational logistics, there will be inevitable bumps. We are all express delivery after inspection and layer by layer protection.
5. Why can't FM search?
The radio antenna is not inserted; Please check whether the radio antenna is connected. Please insert more antennas several times to ensure good connection;
It is possible that the signal at your location is not good. Move to the place with good signal and check again.
6. Why can't I connect to Bluetooth?
Open the mobile phone setting interface, open Bluetooth in the Bluetooth function, search the Bluetooth device, and find the Bluetooth player model to be paired; If you need a pairing code, please enter 0000; If not, try 1234 or 123456. Please try to test this feature with another phone. All methods are correct, but Bluetooth still cannot be used. Please unplug the plug on the back of the player and plug it in 3 minutes later.
7. How to install the product by yourself? Is the installation simple?
Each product is sent with instructions. Please refer to the instructions on how to install the product. If you can't install it yourself, it is recommended that you go to the local professional auto repair shop and let the installer install it to avoid product damage caused by your own installation error.
