Came fully discharged. After charging, I turned it on - it warms, but where are those 60 degrees? I don't think it's even 45 degrees. And it warms only on the side where the button is, on the opposite side it is barely warm.
I received the parcels, I ordered 2 heating pads, one everything is clear. The second socket is discharged and the indicator light is not much stuffed inside. Both are warm. I recommend it. Especially for those who have very cold hands.
