Very nicely made product. Sadly the one I received had an open circuit white LED on arrival. I submitted a "Problem with a product" message on the app and was immediately offered a 50% refund as it was otherwise usable. I said I would prefer to wait for a replacement as the light feature had been my main reason for choosing that product.
