Ordered the EU size up, but the shoes were still too small. Had a hell of a time trying to claim a refund. Customer services make you jump through hoops to get your money back. They make you take photos, offer you a discount, tell you to take it to charity and hat photographic evidence that you have donated the item before they will refund you!! Absolutely ludicrous and outrageous behaviour that has never been experienced before. Shocking!!

It's a shame that the website image shows one thing, but what we get is completely different. These shoes are beautiful, but the back part sinks into the heel when walking because it's not made correctly. They're ugly... uncomfortable... it's a shame I wore these shoes twice and put them in the closet. I'm unlikely to ever wear shoes again. 🤷😥

The shoes are not bad, they look neat on the foot. Size 40 fit for a 38 size. The only drawback is the heel. Please post photos of the shoes from all sides. The heel is heart-shaped from the bottom, and the heel itself is split at the back, which doesn't look like a heart, but like a completely different body part, in the best case associated with a hoof. If I had seen this heel initially, I wouldn't have ordered them. If they had made it a regular round heel, narrowed in the middle, it would have been original and interesting. A nice bonus - socks as a gift.
The shoes are successful, size 43 fit 40 (loose fit). Soft, comfortable. But - the strap with the buckle is short. It is designed for a foot with a very low instep. The pointed toe starts to be felt by the evening when worn. Conclusion: the shoes are for a narrow foot with a low instep, the feet should not be prone to swelling. The straps had to be cut off, they did not fit a high instep. The heel is comfortable. A pleasant bonus was the socks. Thank you!
Very nice shoes. Size 36 fits my wide foot size 35 perfectly. I saw in the comments that the heel is heart-shaped, but I apparently didn't pay attention to it in the photo, in general, the heel from behind looks very interesting, either it looks like hooves or something else 🤣.
