Pants are just a bomb. But for my height, you could easily take M. My settings: Height 156 cm Waist circumference 74 cm Hip circumference 96 cm I wear size L. I drowned in them. But I rolled up my belt and will wear it.

These are already the third trousers, now I have all the colors!) The only downside is that I roll them all up at the waist, otherwise they reach the chest.... And they wrinkle a lot. I removed the rope.
