These pads protect very well from grease and drips. Grease, sweet drops, and boiled milk do not stick to these pads and are easier to wipe off than from the metal of the stove, i.e. if the gas stove were without them. They do not melt, burn, or warp. I have been using them for 5 months. I buy 2 more times as a spare. They save time and effort on cleaning.

I'm not taking it for the first time, I really like this invention. It doesn't burn and it's convenient to wash in case something spills on the stove. The first one burned out due to my fault, well, and it served its term (more than a year).

It doesn't look nice on a 4-burner stove. If something leaks out of the pan, they won't help.. For a small 1-burner stove, I think it will be just right
