I hung five summer caps and a day later the hook fell off the wall. (The wall is smooth. Other hooks and hangers hold on to it just fine). The sticker on this hook doesn't hold well. I had to peel it off and look for a replacement. But overall, it's a good idea. The hook itself is not bad.
