Thick attachment, gets caught on clothing sleeves in winter. It's also uncomfortable to sleep in, the clasp presses hard. But it helps excellently with headaches. Gives a calming effect. We use it when necessary, when a headache starts. Within 10-30 minutes it goes away without any medication.
When worn, the bracelet unfastens, the two 'plushies' that are the clasps hold poorly, on my not very wide wrist the thick end of the bracelet constantly rides up. It gets tangled in sleeves. I can't say anything about the effectiveness, I didn't feel anything.
The bracelet is very long and on an average wrist there remains a long "tail", the fixation is weak - it falls off the hand if touched. It is not possible to find out about the effectiveness(
