JOOM, lately I feel more and more often as a customer that I am being "really ripped off" by you!!! Some of them have such great products, but every now and then they don't deliver what is promised in the pictures, and that DISAPPOINTS NOT ONLY ME, BUT ALSO MY FRIENDS, WHO ARE (OR WERE) BIG CUSTOMERS OF THEIR OFFERS, ALSO VERY!!! I am promised 48 calligraphy pens (or a 48 piece watercolor brush "double end watercolor brush set", and this, according to the great advertising picture, in a practical plastic storage case!!!) I received the 48 pens rolled up in a plastic film;... ...and each pen has only ONE brush side!!! AND, according to your advertising, it is a great color mix. Most of the pens I received have minimal color sequences. For example, look at the choice of (e.g. blue colors) in your advertising?!?! Yellow/Kaki = 7 pens Red = 2 pins Orange = 1 pen Beige/Skin = 8 pens Blue = 2 pens Violet/Purple/Pink = 7 pens Green/ Turquoise = 11 pens Brown/Olive = 5 pens Black/Grey/Silver = 5 pens ‐---------------------------------------------------- TOTAL: 48 Pins =========================== I EXPECT AT LEAST THE PLASTIC CASES SHOWN IN THE ADVERTISEMENT TO KEEP THE PENS ORGANIZED, BECAUSE WITHOUT THIS ORGANIZER I WOULD CERTAINLY NOT HAVE ORDERED THESE PENS FROM YOU!!!
