I ordered a bag with a zipper and a pocket inside, but I received a plain bag without a zipper and a pocket.. I wouldn't order such a bag because I care about the zipper. I received goods not as described. Please tell me what I should do with the bag that I didn't order*!!!!

The black cardigan I received had threads hanging from the buttons and the back of the hood was sewn with white thread!!!
