It is a roller fork which has adjustable handle length and fork angle, only it is not a torque wrench, otherwise it is great. Apparently there are problems with the translation.

The kit was drilled - good. I haven’t checked their quality, but there are a lot of them, which is already pleasing. But the key is generally strange. I thought it would be a dynamometer, but it’s just some kind of transformer. Honestly, I still don’t understand why such a key is needed, but the quality seems to be ok.

The tool is heavy, like most tools has play, but looks quite sturdy and reliable.

The swivel mechanism is broken. It doesn't hold at all. The whole structure is like on hinges.
