I can't give any order quality rating, because to my knowledge I ordered an electric espresso machine. For the price of 32 euros + delivery 3 euros. Absolutely the wrong coffee maker was sent, I have no use for it. I will return it and if possible I can also exchange it for another coffee maker that I can be satisfied with. I am surprised that the manufacturer sent the coffee pot wrapped in plastic. The only protection for the coffee pot is a thin cardboard box. The photo shows a dent.
