Use & Care Before first use, wash then the coating with cooking oil. For efficiency and stability: center your pan on a hob adapted to the diameter of its base. Avoid burning the handle. Do not overheat your cookware. Not microwave safe. Do not use whisks or sharp utensils in your pan. To prolong the life of your pan, we recommend hand washing with a non-abrasive sponge. Dishwasher use: It is preferable to use gentle detergents such as a liquid or gel. If your handles loosen, gently re-tighten them. This pan can be disposed of at a recycling point.
