There are no instructions for setting up all the functions of the watch. I couldn't find them on the internet. I took it to a workshop to have it set up! They said that the watch sets up chaotically. They were only able to set the time in 24-hour format, and even that took 3 attempts. They set the date and day of the week! They couldn't find how to set all the other settings. I wake up with the roosters, and the set time works fine! It remains to test it in the pool))
