Depending on the symptoms, it is recommended to use 1 to 2 times a day.
1. Prepare the cleansing solution
Before use, make sure there are no foreign substances inside the dedicated device. If there are any, rinse it well with clean water before use.
In the nasal cleansing device container, add one packet (2.3g) of nasal cleansing powder and purified water or distilled water up to 250ml in the container to make nasal cleansing solution (0.9% saline solution).
2. Adjust your posture in front of the sink
Place the cleaning tip firmly on one nostril in front of the sink.
3. Nasal Cleansing
Breathe in through your mouth and make the sound "Ah~" while pressing the one-touch air valve to allow the cleansing solution to flow out through the opposite nostril. Press the one-touch air valve or gently press the container itself with appropriate force to use. 4.Finishing Touch
Finish by wiping away any moisture. Avoid blowing your nose forcefully as it may cause irritation. Gently blow your nose instead.
