Dear, I am contacting you regarding my order no. XMWYMGEM placed on December 16, 2025, on your platform. This order is for a pack of 3 false eyelash glues. However, upon the first opening of the bottles (never used before), I noticed that they were empty or that the glue was completely dry and unusable.. This defect makes the products unfit for their intended use, which is unacceptable for a new product.. You will find in the attachments : photos of the vials upon opening, a copy of the corresponding invoice. I therefore request a full refund for the order in the amount of €13.90, or a replacement of the defective products as soon as possible.. Awaiting your prompt reply,
