The product arrived broken. However, there is no problem with the quality. Joom wrote a refund because the product arrived broken. But no refund is given. Joom Türkiye is a scam. I want my money back. Medium quality. But the Joom team does not give refunds even for my orders that did not arrive. He did not even take back the shoes that came in the wrong size and type and did not refund the money. What I'm saying is that Joom is a scam and never shop there. Aliekpres is the best and most reliable. Many people like me lost their money on this platform. I definitely do not recommend it.
