Hello, from a recent customer! Please don't take this email as rude, this is just what happened. I am sorry to say, but I am disgusted with your product's condition. I bought a "3000w Industrial Electric Heater Fan Commercial Warm Heater Blower Air Workshop Space Garage Heating Appliances Adjustable". It arrived at the post office closest to the specified address (61 Orrs Road, Lucknow, Victoria. Australia. 3875.) After picking it up, we opened it the next morning. To our surprise, it is so broken from poor handling that it is completely unusable. Attached are photos of the Heater. The fan engine has completely broken off. The wires are partially damaged, and the fan blades are bent. The packaging was also damaged. I believe a replacement would be 100% appropriate. Thank you for understanding!😀 Kind regards Josiah
