What can I say, you have to use it for a longer period of time to rate it. But I already have it used, it definitely doesn't taste good. It's supposed to help, not taste good. But it's hard to doss it up. I think that's the only disadvantage.

Unfortunately, the package was damaged so I couldn't use it and just had to throw it away! Had to pay an additional 2.40€ customs duty in the post office + 6€ flat rate for expenses, so just under 20€ thrown in the trash! That's really a pity
