I am very disappointed. I ordered 4 pieces of US, it was supposed to be a gift for my son, but one piece arrived with a defective EU switch. Unable to use, was ordered for the US. What can be done, I will complain. In addition, the package traveled in a mysterious way, not as usual at the Depo in Brno, but was delivered to the post office. It is normally delivered by Czech Post to the local post office.

I ordered this product with EU plug but you sent me with US plug. Please send the same product again with an EU plug!
