I ordered a total of 8 pieces on April 19th. Only 2 of these were delivered on May 2nd – the remaining 6 are still missing today. The long waiting time is truly outrageous. What I find particularly annoying is that all items were ordered on the same day but are apparently being shipped individually or in small packages. As a result, I was charged an additional shipping fee of €4 three times in total.. This means a total of €12 in shipping costs for a single order – absolutely not customer-friendly. Very disappointing.
