Couldn't use it, as it strongly constricts the underarm area. I took a large size at a weight of 50 kg, it didn't help. I just threw it away. 🫣

Regular rubber bands! They don’t hold well and curl because they are regular thin elastic bands, not straps! Wasted money!

L fits 48, presses a little under the armpits, put the material on, it’s better this way or on a T-shirt. I recommend it.
