Okay but... The order was considerably delayed, arriving several days after the estimated time, even though I chose standard delivery. I received no notification regarding this delay and had to contact customer service several times to get details.

It arrived in a damaged condition, the defect is clearly visible, and on top of everything, the package was previously opened because the package had adhesive tape all around and the box was also dented 😡

The clamps press them unevenly and weakly, and after you tighten, you cannot release the pliers.

The pliers are good and convenient, but I thought they would be a little bigger, perfect for home use.

The quality barely reaches half the price. It's not worth the money.
