It cuts well, but it is a consumable item. The knife can sometimes get a little sloppy, especially with very hard vegetables (e.g. raw sweet potatoes). Addendum: Two of the knives broke after the first use.

A jacket of the summer version, made of unknown material, solid synthetics, not neatly sewn, seams not sewn, loops for buttons not finished, on the upper part of the jacket, the seam goes from the front side?? I do not recommend buying this product

I ordered with a hole size of 12x12mm and received less than 9x9. This is very bad. Wasted my money. You don't need French fries with these threads.
