I love this product & have previously used it often, but the roller encasing scratches my face. I think the ball is smaller than previous supplies, which causes the casing to close around the ball too far. I tried to cut it back, but the ball fell out. So I have 3 of them useless to me.

Waiting to try it. #ADDITIONAL REVIEW: turns out it can break. It rolled off my table and broke sadly.
