Corresponds to the description. No brush. Covered with film. Better on light and good glare. Didn't work on burgundy. I didn't try to do it carefully to see the difference. The blue in the middle is from another opera, don't pay attention.

This is not rubbing or powder, but glitter! What is in the promo photo is holographic varnish. But they sell regular large glitter! They will not give the result promised in the promo photos!

They look beautiful in the box, they are packaged perfectly. They glow. But they rub in very poorly and they are not as bright as shown in the pictures.
