This is a brilliant hat!! 👲🏼 What I appreciate the most about this hat is that it looks like a leather hat, HOWEVER, it's faux!! 😍 Although it feels and definitely looks like real leather, no animals were harmed for this item and it's cruelty free, which I stand by in this day and age! 🐇 The hat is adjustable at the back and hence it fits both ladies and men. I got this for my partner, however, I was able to adjust it for my size first for photos and then he adapted it to his size. Perfect and easy! Ordered first time from Joom 5 different items , 4 from them clothes. Extremely disappointed on sizing. This jumper I ordered was XXL. Before ordering controlled so that the measurements are correct. When I got the parcel the real jumper size would have been M !!! Plus short sleeves, I'm 169cm tall. Just big disappointment! The same problem with other my items as well! Never had this problem when buying from other online stores. I will stop buying from this store in the future.

It's a little to big but that's my own fault lost a lot of weight lately should have ordered a smaller size but it is lovely will probably look OK as it isn't a fitted dress just be a bit looser but love colour

Absolutely crazy that a size XXXL will not fit someone who is normally a XL. I chose XXXL using the guide size. Obviously does not work. Come on Joom get it sorted.
