1. Peel off the transparent film (this is an uneven surface).

4. When wet due to sweat, etc., the adhesion will be poor, so wipe thoroughly before use. Also, if repasting is repeated, the adhesion will deteriorate, so please avoid it as much as possible.

5. Leave it on overnight and then peel it off the next morning.
