Hello, the watch is very pretty, everything works except incoming calls, it does not maintain the Bluetooth connection for calls (disconnects all the time see attached photo) so watch unusable, I request the return but it is not possible to know how to do it on their site
It's a watch that works very well apart from the charger it breaks quickly but otherwise it's a very nice watch and it's waterproof thank you

Seems like everything is ok. but for some reason when I bought it, it said + a gift strap, but there was no strap upon receipt
The clock is working. The only fastening to the watch on the iron strap fell off.
Why does the watch always lose connection with the phone. Samsung phone🤔😡
